International CANTUS MM Music & Culture Festival in Salzburg

Music - the most important language of the world - connects people from every continent. For four days Salzburg will be the center of music and culture.

Orchestras, choirs and dance groups from all over the world meet thereby in our beautiful city to sing and to make music. As particularly inspiring I feel the fact that culture benefit and solidarity to "hand in hand" at the CANTUS MM Music and Culture Festival.

The association CHORUS MM has been founded in the year 1998, with the goal to develop and encourage cultural exchange between people and nations from all over the world. In 1999 the first CANTUS MM Festival took place in Salzburg. What started with three participating groups, extended in quality and quantity throughout the years.

Please find more information on the Festival's website.

International MESSIAH Salzburg Choir Festival

Sing Haendel's MESSIAH in Salzburg

The oratorio "Messiah" is regarded as Georg Friedrich Haendel's greatest work and the piece is so popular that many singers and choirs all over the world regularly meet up in large Messiah-Choirs for joint concerts.

After London, Dublin and Halle upon Saale (Germany), now the „Jubilate – Choir Salzburg“ invites you for the „Messiah – Choir Festival" in Mozart's hometown. W. A. Mozart himself arranged some of Haendel's works and performed them in the style of the 18th century.

CHORUS MM is befriended with the Messiah Choir Festival - more information can be found on the website of the festival.
